Monica Mitchell

Chief Operating Officer

Monica Mitchell has one great passion, equipping and empowering this generation to impact their city and nation in a way that transforms the way they see and experience and interact in the world.

She has dedicated more than 22 years to teaching, equipping, and empowering people toward healing and wholeness. She has trained extensively in inner healing and has launched multiple wellness initiatives. Through her leadership, she has built programs that provide tools for personal restoration, community wellness, and sustainable transformation. As a strategic builder and operational leader, she has successfully developed and launched cross-functional wellness programs across international communities.

In addition to her work in inner healing, she focuses her time on coaching and mentoring leaders all over the U.S., Costa Rica, Aruba, and South and Central America. Monica has served on several different nonprofit boards of Directors, as President of the Board of Directors for Daystar International, and as a board member for Life Skills International. Although coaching and mentoring leaders has been her primary focus for several years, developing teams and managing programs that translate vision into practical systems is a priority to ensure long-term sustainability.

Monica is originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, but has lived in Atlanta for almost 30 years, and a dual professional goal is to build a retreat and wellness center available for leaders who are investing in their communities.
