Belinda Pervall

Director

With over three decades of diverse experience in the entertainment, hospitality, and non-profit sectors, Belinda Pervall has built a career centered on empowering individuals, fostering creative talent, and driving innovative business solutions. Known for her sharp point of view and bold, results-oriented ideas, Belinda excels in creating strategic partnerships that help organizations expand their reach, improve operational efficiency, and better serve their communities.

Starting her career as the owner of In Touch Studios, a 25,000 sq. ft. rehearsal facility that became a hub for Atlanta’s rising stars in the early ’90s-such as Kris Kross, TLC, Bobby Brown, and more-Belinda quickly developed a passion for nurturing talent. It was here that she first honed her management skills, becoming the first manager for Van Hunt and taking him on tour with Dionne Farris. Her deep understanding of the entertainment industry’s dynamics and creative processes laid the foundation for her future endeavors.

Following the closing of In Touch Studios, Belinda expanded her expertise, touring as a wardrobe stylist for high-profile artists like Jeffery Osbourn, Stephanie Mills, and Christopher Williams. Her natural ability to lead and manage teams ultimately led her to a key role at Southpaw Entertainment in 1995, where she served as Road Manager for all female artists, including Janet Jackson, Deborah Cox, The Braxtons, and others. This experience sharpened her skills in leadership, team building, and managing the intricate logistics of high-profile tours.

In 2001, Belinda pivoted into corporate management, earning her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification through Hilton Hotel Corporation. She went on to further her career with The Tyler Perry Company, where she successfully placed the Madea video series into national retailers and developed distribution strategies for independent bookstores and record shops.

In 2013, Belinda co-founded Global Event Production Network, a tour production company specializing in logistics, set design, and management for major artists such as Jill Scott, Mary J. Blige, J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, and Nick Cannon. This experience cemented her reputation as a skilled organizer with a flair for creating memorable, impactful experiences.

In 2018, Belinda transitioned into hospitality consulting, founding Dream Crew Entertainment, where she worked with leading hotel chains to drive operational efficiencies and enhance revenue. Her ability to optimize resources and streamline processes made her an invaluable asset to both her clients and their customers.

With a track record of success across multiple industries, Belinda brings her passion for creative problem-solving, community building, and operational excellence to her role as Director. Born in Baton Rouge, LA, and now residing in Atlanta, GA, she remains an avid sports enthusiast with a particular affinity for working with seasoned, legacy artists.

Belinda’s leadership philosophy is grounded in a commitment to fostering meaningful connections, cultivating talent, and creating positive change. Her broad skill set, diverse experience, and entrepreneurial spirit make her a perfect fit for Buddy Reed Foundation.
